I book 5 qualified meetings with your construction buyers (GCs, subcontractors, trades) in 30 days. If I don't, you don't pay.
Your buyers spend the day on jobs, not in their inbox. I find the right people and write to them about bids, crews and schedules.
For seed-stage B2B software startups that sell to construction companies.
The pilot at a glance
- 5 qualified meetings
- 30 days
- If I don't book them, you don't pay
- You approve every message
The problem
Sound familiar?
01
Our buyers are on job sites all day. They do not answer generic cold email.
02
The founders do the selling between product work and fundraising.
03
Outreach talks about software features. GCs care about bids, crews and jobs.
Pilot
The pilot terms
We agree on these terms before the start.
- A qualified meeting is a held call, not only a booked call.
- The buyer has the job title and company size that we agree on.
- No-shows do not count.
- We agree on the definition before the start.
- You approve every message before it is sent.
- Cap: 5 meetings.
- Time: 30 days.
- Pricing after the pilot is agreed on the call.
How it works
Four steps
01
30-minute ICP call
We define your buyer: GC, subcontractor or trade, company size, job title and region.
02
Prospect list
I build a list of construction companies and buyers that match the ICP. You check it before outreach starts.
03
Outreach that you approve
Each message talks about the buyer's work: bids, crews, jobs and preconstruction. You approve every message before it is sent.
04
Meetings on your calendar
Qualified buyers book time on your calendar. You get a report every week.

FAQ
Questions
What counts as a qualified meeting?
A held call with a buyer who has the job title and company size that we agree on. A booked call that does not happen does not count. We write the definition down before the start.
What happens if you miss the target?
If I do not book 5 qualified meetings in 30 days, you do not pay for the pilot.
How do you handle data and email compliance?
Outreach follows the CAN-SPAM Act. Every email shows a real sender, a postal address and a clear way to opt out. I stop all contact with a person who opts out. I use business contact data only. You approve every message before it is sent.
What about the time zone?
I work from Buenos Aires. Buenos Aires is 1 hour ahead of US Eastern time in summer and 2 hours ahead in winter. My working hours overlap US business hours, from the East Coast to the West Coast.
Who owns the lists and the data?
You do. The prospect list, the replies and the meeting notes are yours. You get them at the end of the pilot.
